What did you dream to become when you were a small kid?

First I was dreaming to become a policemen, after that an artist and then a producer. In the end I did not turn up to be any of those.

Why did you decided to study jurisdiction and law?

No other reason, but because I was not admitted to the faculty of producers and theatrical studies. I figured that I should try myself in the field of laws, because according to me it provides one very good universal preparation, which from academic point of view can be realized in various fields. As a lawyer of education, I have never really worked on my specialty, I do not have a practice, except for 2 years in which in was a lecturer of students from the University of national and world economy. I was an assistance of Radina Chervenkova, while I was studying economy there.

Please, tell me something more about the TV show that is about to start at the end of September.

With one word only – it will be legendary. Several days ago I met a colleague of mine, who told me that everywhere everybody is speaking only for my show. I asked her what are the comments and she replied that most people speak good stuff, but the envy ones do not do so, as expected. The good think is that already we have created a spirit of expectation.

The show will be the most afternoon one, the longest one, the most fashionable, the most beautiful, the most stylish, or as a whole – everything MOST according to the contemporary TV market. We will include a little bit a everything for everybody, so that grandmas, grandpas, younger people, middle aged people to be able to watch and to be happy with it from 11 to 5 pm. We have also an idea to make one big TV game, which to have a massive spectators` participation. Every observer who meets the requirements and manages to go through all of the difficulties of the game has a chance to win a car. Till the end of the year we will have one car and then there will be more.

Do your kids show interest towards the TV?

Of course, both of them. My daughter not only demonstrates interest, but in my opinion she can also succeed. She graduated in Bukoni Management of the arts, culture and communications and now she’s continuing her education in the field of the journalism. I think she can manage, it’s enough only to have ambitions. My son does not have a significantly defined interest, but he is aware of the tendencies of the TV markets. He is watching movies, but mainly from cinematography point of view.

Who`s the boss at home?

We usually switch – one day it’s me, one day – my wife, like the captains of the ships, we work on shifts.

Which is the most recent thing that you have heard about you and it is definitely not true?

It was that I have said that the equipment which BNT is going to buy for hall # 2, especially the lights, is with low quality. Neither one of those statements is true.

Have you heard any untruth rumors for your personal life as well?

What I heard in this respect is comparatively true, because they said that I am keeping diets.

What is your diet?

Combined. I started with meat, protein diet after which I continued with meat and vegetables and later I started eating carbohydrates too.

How many kilograms have you lost?

7 for 4 months.

Do you sport as well?

Yes, I swim, go to fitness, I try, you know. Every single day.

Did you sport when you were a kid?

Never, I used to play only fan games, mainly football. Back then I also learned to ski, but after so many years now I needed to start learning again, because they changed the ski. I have lots of awards for journalist’s competitions. I also love water ski a lot.

Aren’t water skis too dangerous?

They are, but others are dangerous too. For example last year one girl hit me on my shoulder, while she was moving with high speed and then it hurt me for 8 months.

What will change in BNT after the autumn?

The vision on the first place, even then name too. There won’t be a Channel 1 any longer. We are getting ready for the digitalization; we will give a start to 4-5 new shows and emissions, 3 of which will be broadcasted live. We buy new equipment. There will e lots of changes; people will notice quickly an abrupt change in the visualization, the perception and the content.

Now, when you become so modern, you will be an object of desire and flirting from lots of women.

I have always been modern; the matter is that I didn’t appear so often on the screen.

Who will flirt with me so much now?Models, journalists…

if they are faltering me in the good way, it my be ok, but if they turn out to be very aggressive….it is a very tough task – to learn how to delicately turn down the attention and flirts of many women, if she’s just one, I may be able to deal with the situation. I am in the business for quite a long time now. Before, when I used to be a presenter of “Around the world and in our country”, Bulgaria used to forget everything else and stare in the TV. My audience has been 5 million people.

Do you believe in zodiac? What do you know about your zodiacal sign?

I am a worldly person, I am standing stable on my two feet, on the ground, I avoid flying up too high, and I estimate things realistically and can judge what exactly I can do in certain situation. My philosophy has always been connected to the material aspect of life and not with the ideological one, but here I do not mean mainly the financial aspects. I am mainly a material type of human. I believe in zodiac, I believe in god, because I am certain that this world has not emerged accidentally. I am not a Darwinist, but I am mainly against this theory. In my opinion it is impossible that these primates will reach such an excellent human organization for millions of years. Moreover there is a power – whether you will call it God or even extraterrestrial that has influenced this ground.

Do you have time to rest? How do you usually relax?

I like going to the seaside, but I feel best when I am skiing in the mountain. The sea is more boring than the mountain. It is just one-type scene. In the mountain you can go out and ski for 4 hours and then go to sauna and massage and have a dinner with friends. It is an incredible feeling. I hope I will have time to ski and after we launch the show.
