Which part of the body reveals more precisely the woman’s age? Maybe many of you already have a pretty good idea that the answer is the hands. They are all the time exposed to the weather conditions both in the winter and in the summer. The easiest way to protect them during the winter is simply to wear gloves and during the summer – to regularly apply sun tan lotion on them as well. If you like to cook a lot and usually spent great many hours in the kitchen, do not forget to put on rubber gloves, as they will safeguard your hands against the drying, caused by the domestic detergents.

During their whole life women pay attention mainly to their face by means of all kinds of procedures. However, they should be aware that most of them are suitable for their hands as well. For example the hands also need peeling in order for the dead cells to be removed. Some countries already have launched and developed plastic surgery for hands. It works mainly by injecting oils which impart a jovial look to the skin, by hiding the convex bones. If you haven’t missed the right time to take some actions on the matter, it is absolutely necessary to act on time. After you already get used to regularly taking care of the skin of the hands, it is time to pay attention to the manicure. Some people call it the “business card of a lady”. Therefore you can not afford to go on a first date with nibbled or broken nails and peeled nail polish. Plus not every woman can afford to go to a beauty parlor and have her manicure done absolutely every week. But fortunately there is a solution to this issue as well. You simply need to take some time and take care of your nails at home.

In the beginning do not miss to keep your hands for 10 minutes in slightly heated olive oil. After this procedure they will surely be perfectly nourished, plus you will be able to more easily remove the tiny scratchy skins. Then it is time for the manicure shaping. If you have short nails it should be enough to use only the nail file, but the long ones absolutely necessarily need to be a little manipulated with the clippers first. Try to use only cardboard files as they spare the nail surface more. You achieve the shape you would like with the rough side of the file, while using the finer one you could round and smooth the edges. Do not also forget the polishing files which will smooth the nail surface and will add some more shine. After you are done working with them, you are ready to proceed with applying the base for the nail polish. It is best if it is a fortifier. There are also special products that smooth the nail surface and that way do not allow forming of bubbles while applying the polish.

The modern cosmetics companies are investing more and more efforts in developing products that intensify the nails growth. So you may also use one of those oils thanks to which they will start growing faster.

And finally here it comes the time for the most interesting part of the process – the decoration. The main think on which you need to pay attention during the decoration is the nails length. There is no way you can make a Chinese manicure on shorter nails; however it suits gorgeously on longer ones.

In recent years the French manicure became the leading choice of business ladies. It looks natural, but meanwhile it makes the arms look more elegant and exquisite. In cosmetic shops you can find entire sets specially designed for French manicure that contain white, toneless and glittering nail polish, as well as marking bands. In addition to the whole set there could be a white pencil as well that is put under the nails to make them look whiter. Wear it in your purse and you will be able to re-apply it every time after you wash your hands. After you put the white polish only in the down side of the nail and you add the glittering and colorless polish as well, you can add nail applications which will give a special individuality and style to your manicure. The French manicure is suitable for every day, but it is also the preferable choice of the brides.

The Chinese manicure is entirely different from the French one. The only similarity is that both are usually done on square nails. However, the Chinese manicure divides the nail into two parts which are colored in contrasting colors. Some flowers or other typically Chinese signs are drawn at the borderline between both colors. If you choose this type of manicure, you need to take into consideration the fact that it is good only for long and well trimmed nails.
