According to estimates, provided by western experts approximately 70% of the diseases of the human body are caused by stress. Every year in Europe more than 1 million people die due to disordered functions of the cordial system, caused by stress. Scientists know two types of stress – positive and negative.

Everybody knows that during laughter the brain releases the hormone of happiness – endorphin, and the good mood is back to you just for seconds. In tense moments you just need to find a reason to smile, even just a little bit, even on purpose. That way you will relax and will manage to solve your problems faster. It is important to also drink a lot of water. For breakfast have a hard boiled egg, which will release the pain from your head.
The stress is a combination of many factors; its effect of the organism is devastating. Therefore start the fight with it on time, and do not wait for it to attack you. Keep a healthy nutrition rhythm and do not miss the fruits. But most important of all is to never forget that life is such a joke that only with a real sense of humor you will be able to manage it.
